Klop! - Form Field Improvements

The form field in the loan application section needs to have some fixes and improvements.

There are two things to do in this task.

First, add fields area 1, area 2, area 3, area 4, sex, and postal code. Where all the fields are related and sequential (except sex). Then I make sure the validation and order of the enabled form fields matched. Including the postal code field whose contents must match area 3, the user can also input it manually.

Second, I am in charge of making relational logic education employment fields, which ensures that the employment fields match education and employment status. The logical relation is set from the backend. I am obliged to create, validate, and show or hide fields according to the response from the backend.
