Jackation

Jackation is the tourism platform of Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi DKI Jakarta with the tagline #LiburanDiJakartaAJA. The purpose is to make everyone able to plan their whole holiday in Jakarta from one place, so the visitor does not need to look for the information one by one from many different sources.

Everything that a visitor needs is grouped into its own section, namely Destinasi (the tourist destinations such as Kota Tua, Monas, Ragunan, Kepulauan Seribu, and so on), Event (the events that are being held), Hotel, Paket Tur (the tour packages from the travel agent partners), and Transportasi (MRT, Transjakarta, and the other public transportation). Every item shows its price range directly on the card, and can be opened to a detail page that contains the complete information, the price, and the button to order it.

My role is as a front end engineer who builds the platform. My job is slicing (changing the image UI in Figma into html, css, and js code), including the seasonal theme of the campaign, and also integration (consume API, search, pagination, empty state, error state, etc.), so all the content above can be managed by the admin from the back office.

NB: Source code cannot be shared because it is a company asset.
