Racehub - Admin and Merchant dashboard

Racehub is a ticketing platform for the running community in Indonesia. PT Satuvia Racehub Indonesia builds the digital infrastructure that connects the race organizer, the participant, and the running community into one seamless ecosystem, with the principle "From Runner, For Runner".

Starting from the online registration, the bib management, until the distribution of the e-certificate and the finisher medal tracking, everything that a race needs is handled in one place, both for a small local event and for an international race with thousands of participants.

This is the side that is used to manage everything behind the platform, and it is divided into two roles.

The merchant is the race organizer. From their dashboard they can create and manage their own events, open the detail of an event, manage the merchandise such as the jersey together with its size and its stock, and see the list of the participants who have registered. On the transaction side, they can see the money that they have earned and request a withdrawal, complete with the list of the withdrawals and the confirmation when the request succeeds.

The super admin is the Racehub internal team. From their dashboard they can manage all the merchants that join the platform, manage the user together with the permission of every role, handle the setup of the platform, and also review and approve the withdrawal that is requested by the merchants.

My role is as a front end engineer who builds the platform. My job is slicing (changing the image UI in Figma into html, css, and js code) and integration (consume API, role and permission handling, table with search and pagination, form validation, empty state, error state, etc.).

NB: Source code cannot be shared because it is a company asset.
